Can a shopper see all orders of an account in the order history?

By default, shoppers have only limited access to orders within a company account. This article explains which orders they can see and how administrators can extend this visibility.

Order history visibility

In the order history, a shopper can:

  • View their own orders
  • See orders that are awaiting their approval

All other orders are not visible without additional permission.

Extended visibility through a user permission

An administrator can assign additional rights to a shopper so that they can see all orders of the company account in the overview.

How the permission is granted:

  1. Administrator access required - Only administrators can grant this permission.

  2. Navigate to the order history - Open the order history in the company account.

  3. Open the “User privileges” section - There you can manage individual permissions for shoppers.

  4. Activate the “View all orders” option - With this setting, the shopper gains full insight into all orders of the account.
