What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password for the simple system platform or can no longer access your account, you can easily reset it and set a new one.
Steps to recover your password
- Go to the login page and click “Forgot password?”.
Direct link: Reset password - Enter the email address linked to your account.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please note: The link is only valid for a limited time. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please also check your spam folder. If you requested a reset several times, only the link in the most recent email is valid. Each link can only be used once.
- Once you have set your new password, you can log in again at platform.simplesystem.com.
