What do I find under Long-tail solutions?

With the Long-tail solutions module you expand your vendor portfolio on the simple system platform. You can create your own catalogues (in-house vendors) and additionally link your Amazon Business account, so that all orders are processed centrally via simple system.

In-house vendors

Creating your own catalogues:

  • Individual articles can be maintained in an Excel template and uploaded as a catalogue.

  • These catalogues are available to your employees just like regular vendor catalogues.

Integration into ordering processes: 

  • The catalogues you create are fully integrated into the existing ordering processes.

  • This also allows vendors that are not directly connected to simple system to be integrated.

Important note:

  • You create and maintain the catalogue yourself.

  • You are responsible for the final transmission of the order to the vendor.

 

Reporting:

  • All orders and evaluations continue to appear together in the purchasing analytics.

 

Amazon Business

  • You can link your existing Amazon Business account with simple system.

  • Once the connection has been established, you access your Amazon Business account directly via simple system using OCI punchout.
