REST API (getorderinfo / getorderdetails)

Order API Endpoints

The Order API provides two endpoints: Order-List to retrieve all open orders for a partner, and Order-Details to retrieve details for a specific order. Both endpoints accept responseType=json or responseType=xml.

Administrators can find the valid addresses (Request order list URL and Request order details URL) as well as the Username and Password under Settings > ERP Integration > ERP Interface if REST-API is selected as the exchange method. The API Documentation is also available for download there.

Order-List

GET https://integration.simplesystem.com/orc-extern/sapcockpit/v1.0/partner/{partnerNumber}/open-orders?responseType=json

  • {partnerNumber} must be replaced with the corresponding access number.
  • responseType: either json or xml, depending on the format you want the response in.

Note: Please check whether v1.0 is the currently valid API version.

 

Order-Details

GET https://integration.simplesystem.com/orc-extern/sapcockpit/v1.0/partner/{partnerNumber}/order/{orderNumber}?responseType=json

  • {partnerNumber} must be replaced with the corresponding access number.
  • {orderNumber} must be replaced with the corresponding order number from the Order-List request.
  • responseType: either json or xml, depending on the format you want the response in.

Note: Please check whether v1.0 is the currently valid API version.
