Procurement analysis is a central tool within the platform that gives you detailed insights into your purchasing behaviour and into all sections of the platform.

Contents of procurement analysis

The procurement analysis reports show you comprehensive information at different levels:

  • User level - analysis of the purchasing behaviour of individual users
  • Article level - overview of purchased products and their quantities.
  • ECLASS level - classification and evaluation according to ECLASS standards
  • Vendor level - comparison and evaluation of your vendors.

Aim: identify optimisation potential and make full use of savings.

Functions and operation

  • Filtering& compilation:
    Reports can be filtered and compiled individually.
    This gives you tailored evaluations for your needs.
  • Exporting reports:
    In the top right corner of each report you will find the three-dot menu.
    Using the "Export" option you can download the reports and process them further
