How do I receive and view my order confirmations?
Order confirmations are transmitted electronically by EDI directly to the respective orderer and can only be accessed in the user account under the order overview.
Receiving order confirmations
- Customers receive their confirmations via simple system in the form of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
- The confirmations are transmitted directly to the relevant orderer on the platform.
Recipients of the order confirmations
- Order confirmations are available exclusively to the respective orderer.
- They can be accessed in the order overview in the user account.
- The orderer can view the confirmations in their account at any time.
Checking the order confirmations
- For most orders, confirmations are received and made available successfully.
- In individual cases there may be no confirmation available (e.g. for a non-existent order number such as 2002020).
