Contents of the Company Profile
- Company data: Name, address, VAT ID
- Logo: Makes it easier for vendors to quickly identify your company.
- Contacts: Make sure vendors or simple system can reach the right people directly in case of questions or issues.
- S2 creditor number for e-invoicing: In the Contact & system emails tab you can provide a creditor number for simple system. It will be included on all electronic invoices you receive from simple system.
Management and changes
Changing master data (e.g. company name, address, VAT ID):
- Download the form provided on the platform.
- Fill it out completely.
- Send it to: support@simplesystem.com.
- The simple system team will make the requested changes for you.
Summary
The Company Profile contains all relevant company data such as company data, logo, and contacts, so that vendors and the simple system team can clearly identify and contact you. Changes to master data such as address or VAT ID are made via a form, which is filled out and sent to support@simplesystem.com .
