Where is my order?

simple system is a procurement platform on which purchasing companies can activate and use their strategic vendors. You can only find out the current delivery status from your vendor.

Order process

  • The order is placed through the platform directly with the vendor.

  • The vendor is therefore your contractual partner and responsible for the delivery.

  • simple system has no access to the delivery status and cannot provide any information on it.

 

Contacting vendors

  • For questions about the status of your order, please contact the relevant vendor directly.

  • You will find the contact details of your vendors in your simple system access:

    • Go to the top menu bar

    • Select the menu item “Vendors”
